I’m Frank Raczkowski and I live and work in Sheffield, MA. I’ve been working with metal for 15 years, creating custom metalwork for Berkshire residents. I make things that are necessary and functional look handmade and beautiful. I try to bring art into the everyday.

I create hand-forged home decor, such as fireplace screens and railings, that are custom designed to the space surrounding it. My intent is to enhance what is already there.

After earning a master’s in fine art at Rhode Island School of Design, I worked in different mediums, primarily wood. Metal came quickly to me and I’ve been fabricating my sculpture through welding and the strength and capabilities of metal. My metalwork has been shown at Berkshire Museum in Pittsfield and The Mount in Lenox, MA.
